You Can’t Find a Better Shop to Repair Your Lexus
Nylund’s Collision Center is the proud home of the most well-educated Lexus Certified staff across every major department in the state of Colorado. Training and ongoing continued education is a very important part of our promise to deliver the very best guest experience, service and quality of repair.
From the moment you drive onto our property, you will be in the very competent hands of our Lexus certified estimating staff. Should you decide to trust Nylund’s with your vehicle’s repair, it will be handled by certified managers in both the structural/body and paint departments. And overseeing the entire repair are the operations management staff and ownership.
What You Should Expect From a Lexus Repair Shop
For most people, the purchase of a Lexus luxury vehicle is one of the most expensive transactions they’ll ever make aside from a home. As a Lexus owner, you expect those who service your car to do it right the first time – every time.
You should expect Lexus Certified technicians to pull all current repair procedures for your vehicle’s year, make and model from the manufacturer. You should expect them to use only original equipment manufacturer’s (OEM) parts on the repair. You should expect to be greeted by name, and not referred to by case number.
When you receive delivery of your newly repaired Lexus, you should expect that every aspect of the repair is done right… not ‘good enough’. You should expect that even the areas that you can’t see are repaired with the same attention to detail as the obviously visible areas.
And this is why we put such a heavy emphasis on educating our Lexus Certified staff. There is simply no place for cutting corners when it comes to the safety and operation – as well as the cosmetic appearance of your luxury vehicle.
Important Distinction: There Are No Lexus Certified Body Shops in the state of Colorado. For that matter, there aren’t any in Kansas, Wyoming, Utah or New Mexico, either.
In order to be a Lexus Certified Collision Center, the shop must be at least 51% owned by a Lexus dealership – and that’s simply not happening anywhere in our state or those of our neighbors.
But it is possible to have the highest trained Lexus Certified staff – and that is what Nylund’s has… in spades!
Our promise to you: If it isn’t perfect… it isn’t leaving!
