Amazing service! Rob and his team saved my 4Runner and my sanity! Nylund’s quality, mechanical symphathy, integrity, and customer service are fantastic, and I’m now a customer for life!
Another shop replaced my roof, but the sunroof leaked whenever it rained. Rob’s team took the roof liner down, inspected everything, cleaned out the drains, re-sealed the welds, put a new liner around the sunroof, straightened out the glass in its frame, etc, etc…No more leaks! On top of that, I received a brief status report about the rest of the body, like things to keep an eye on and what looked good to go. Amazing attention to detail and very kind people to work with! Now my dogs and I can keep having fun!

Called the shop about a car I was interested in purchasing that had damage to the bumper.
Greg assisted me and immediately discovered some concerns. He pointed out the sensors behind the bumper we’re going to be affected if they were to repaint the bumper. Greg was transparent in the process and through the estimation through the final work completed. After the bumper replacment was done, both the seller and I agreed the work was top notch and my new to me car works flawlessly including the sensors in the bumper.
