When we bought Nylund’s Collision Center in 2007, we took over an already established, well regarded business. We were told that it had already reached the pinnacle of success and not to expect much more in the way of business. That’s all it took for us to set our sights on becoming the best body shop in Denver.
We believe that YOU – our guest – are the most important part of our business. Every decision that we make is passed through the filter of what is best for you. We know that your car is likely your second most expensive asset, and when it needs to be repaired, you want it done right the first time.
In 2011 the Denver A-List Competition opened up the category of BEST BODY SHOP to allow people to vote for the more than 700 shops in the Denver metro area. Nylund’s Collision Center entered the contest, and has won first place, “BEST BODY SHOP” in every single annual competition since.

How do you get to be the Best Body Shop year after year? It’s not by being the fastest. It doesn’t come by being the least expensive. Not even by moving the most number of cars through the doors every month. You win the vote of the people by taking care of the guest – EVERY TIME. You only use original manufacturer’s equipment on every car, and you follow the procedures that are set out by the people who made your vehicle.
We don’t allow the insurance companies to bully our guests into using counterfeit, aftermarket or used parts on their repair. We have a mantra around here: “If it isn’t perfect… it isn’t leaving”. And we stand by this day in and day out. And it’s because of our commitment to doing the right thing for our guests that they vote us the Best Body Shop each and every time.
