At Nylund’s Collision Center, we work hard to create an overwhelmingly positive auto body customer experience. Accidents are traumatic enough all by themselves. Recently, we had the privilege of serving a customer who then wrote us about her experience. The following is her post from our Facebook page.

“As most people can relate, I am more attached to my vehicle then most things so being without it and trusting others was “huge” for me. I shopped around and did my research. I wanted to know the “auto paint business” not the “negotiation business with the insurance company”. After narrowing my choices down, Nylund’s was the place I genuinely felt comfortable with.

Nearly two weeks later, I really missed my car but didn’t expect to be “Wowed” since my damage was hardly anything compared to others. To my surprise, I was speechless. I barely recognized my car. It has never looked so pretty. I couldn’t take my eyes off of it. It was like seeing it again for the first time when I purchased it. The detailing of the inside was just as nice as the out.
